  • Deliver evidence-based individual or couples psychotherapy (such as CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, or trauma-informed care) via secure telehealth and hybrid in-state sessions.
  • Collaborate with Mental Health Minds psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs) and case managers when clients benefit from integrated medication management or care coordination.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation and progress notes within our EHR platform.
  • Foster a warm, culturally responsive, and stigma-free therapeutic environment aligned with Mental Health Minds' standard of care.

Required Colorado Qualifications

  • Active Colorado Clinical License: Current, unrestricted license in the State of Colorado as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist), or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in good standing with DORA.
  • Colorado Residency / Hybrid Readiness: Based in Colorado with reliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace for telehealth sessions, plus availability for hybrid collaboration.
  • Clinical Experience: Minimum 1–2+ years of experience providing individual, couples, or trauma-informed psychotherapy to adult populations.
  • Credentialing Eligibility: Eligible for (or currently paneled with) major commercial insurance plans and/or Colorado Medicaid, with active NPI and professional liability coverage.
  • Bonus Qualifications: Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) or specialized certification in EMDR, trauma-focused modalities, or substance use recovery is highly valued.

What We Offer Our Contract Clinicians

  • Competitive 1099 Contract Compensation: Transparent, reliable per-session contract rates with steady client referrals across Colorado.
  • True Hybrid Autonomy: Control your own calendar and weekly caseload size, blending secure telehealth from home with in-state flexibility.
  • Zero Administrative Burden: Our dedicated operations team manages client intake, insurance verification, credentialing, and billing for Cigna, Aetna, Anthem BCBS, United Healthcare, and Colorado Medicaid.
